Dr. Fair is the Associate Director and Learning Skills Specialist for the Post Baccalaureate Pre-Health Program in the College of Science and Technology at Temple University. Dr. Fair’s primary responsibility is to provide full-time academic support for the students. Dr. Fair introduces the students to growth mindset, metacognition, how to study, note-taking strategies, test-taking strategies, and reasoning skills. In addition to this role, Dr. Fair teaches for the program, provides career advising, provides standardized exam advising, and contributes to the admissions process and curriculum development.
