The Post Baccalaureate Pre-Health Program for pre-dental students at the College of Science & Technology, Temple University, is in collaboration with the Philadelphia FIGHT Community Health Centers Family Dentistry. Our organizations will work together to introduce future dental healthcare professionals the importance of working with underserved communities to increase access to dental care for people who are most in need.
Our pre-dental students from both cohorts (BCHS and ACHS) will attend semester-long clinical rotations at Philadelphia FIGHT Family Dentistry where they will observe multiple activities and be exposed to core competencies in clinical dental care.
Please join us as a member of a small pre-dental cohort of like-minded individuals prepared for the rigor of a full-time program. In this program, pre-dental students attend customized post bacc exclusive classes as a cohort to maximize their learning experiences in their courses and their performance on the DAT. These classes are taught by faculty from the College of Science and Technology and the Temple University Lewis Katz School of Medicine. In addition, they have a pre-dental student-exclusive spatial visualization course and embedded DAT preparation. Admission is on a rolling basis so we advise you to apply early.
